We started Propally after years of running our own student housing portfolio — chasing payments on WhatsApp, hunting for lease PDFs in email and reconciling EFTs by hand on the 1st of every month.
We wanted one calm workspace where every property, lease, payment and maintenance ticket lived together — and where tenants could self-serve without us picking up the phone at 9pm.
Propally is that workspace. We obsess over real-world workflows for SA landlords, agencies and student residence operators — and we ship improvements every week.
